The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the factory’s electrical systems, machinery, and equipment, ensuring the safety, continuity, and efficiency of coffee production and packaging processes in accordance with technical procedures and workplace safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain the factory’s electrical installations and equipment.
- Monitor the electrical systems of coffee production, roasting, grinding, and packaging machinery.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical and electronic faults.
- Collaborate with technicians and production staff to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor electrical parameters and identify problems that may affect the production process.
- Coordinate with external companies for equipment servicing and maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
- Ensure that electrical equipment and installations operate in compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor lighting systems, power supply, generators, and other electrical equipment within the factory.
- Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
- Improve and automate existing processes.
Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of electrical installations and systems.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ability to collaborate effectively with production and technical departments.
